This private boat tour is an unforgettable experience that will allow you to discover the beautiful protected marine area of the Gulf of the Poets, the bay where La Spezia is located.

Enjoy this unique adventure aboard a motor yacht with your friends, family or loved ones, creating lasting memories in one of the most romantic spots in the world. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends, this tour can be arranged as a shore excursion from the port of La Spezia, or if you are arriving at the train station or staying in a local hotel.

After meeting your private skipper at Porto Mirabello in La Spezia, you will board the boat of your choice and start your private cruise. You will admire the beautiful coastline of the gulf, with its dramatic cliffs and hidden coves from the vantage point of your boat. You will have amazing views of the charming villages like Marola, Cadimare, Fezzano, and Le Grazie, with their pastel-colored houses perched above the water. There will also be time for a stop for swimming in the bright blue waters of the Ligurian Sea.

You will then reach the enchanting town of Porto Venere, where you can explore narrow streets (locally known as Caruggi), visit the Church of St. Peter, and discover the historic Doria Castle. From here, you will have spectacular views of the UNESCO-listed islands of Palmaria, Tino, and Tinetto. If you have chosen the half-day tour, after Porto Venere, you will then sail toward the famous Byron Grotto, a secluded rocky bay named after the poet, before heading back to Porto Mirabello.

If you choose the full-day tour, after Porto Venere, you will continue toward the village of Lerici. Here you will disembark, explore the picturesque streets, dominated by the Castle of San Giorgio, and enjoy a leisurely lunch with a view at a traditional Ligurian restaurant (the price of lunch is not included, but your skipper will be happy to give you some suggestions). At the end of the day, your skipper will take you back to Porto Mirabello.

This will be a private tour: you will not be part of a group, it will just be you and your party. The yacht and the skipper will be entirely dedicated to you. If you have special needs or wishes we will be happy to customize the itinerary.

The price that you see when selecting the number of people is for the half day tour with our standard type of boat (21FT - 7,5 mt). It is possible to upgrade to the full day and to a bigger yacht by selecting the various choices in the options menu (inside the reservation box, in the upper right side of this page).

All boats are equipped with a toilet, kitchen, shower on deck, and a stereo system. Onboard you will find: towels, drinks, and snorkeling gear.
