Aeolian Islands Helicopter Tour

You will admire active volcanos from the air: mount Etna, Vulcano and Stromboli and will have a stop-over on the lovely island of Panarea to relax and taste the local specialties.

This private tour will start with our driver meeting you at your hotel in Taormina (if you are staying in a different location please contact us for a customized quote). With a luxury sedan or minivan you will reach the helipad where you will board your private helicopter. While gaining altitude you will see the beautiful Mediterranean sea below you and will fly over mount Etna, Europe’s highest vulcano, and admire its impressive dimensions and spectacular craters.

You will then head towards the Aeolian Islands to enjoy views of Stromboli and Vulcano, two beautiful islands that house active volcanoes. It will then be time for a stop in Panarea, the smallest island of the Aeolian archipelago. Here you will have about 2 hours to enjoy the beauty of this charming island where you will have time for swimming or a lunch to taste the excellent local food. You will then return to your private helicopter and fly back to the heliport. Here our driver will be waiting for you to take you back to your hotel in Taormina.

This will be a private tour: you will not be part of a group, it will just be you and your party on the private helicopter. 

The flight has a duration of approximately 90 minutes, the total duration of the excursion is about 4 hours depending on the pick up location. In some rare circumstances it is possible that the flight may be cancelled for weather conditions. In this case a full refund will be given.
